• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering
• Several years of experience in M&A and business development
• Proven leadership skills

• Identify global investment opportunities in upstream gas and LNG
• Evaluate and rank these opportunities using specific criteria
• Deliver investment analysis for LNG and Upstream Projects
• Negotiate with partners to finalize the terms of investment
• Oversee external advisors and manage the due diligence process.

A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with over 15 years of experience in the industry. While an MBA or another advanced degree is preferred, what's really important are your skills. You should have strong analytical and negotiation abilities, along with excellent communication skills. Being proficient in financial analysis and due diligence is essential, too. Plus, you need to be able to work well with others in diverse teams.
