The Nail Salon Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a professional nail studio located in downtown Vancouver. This role involves managing staff, coordinating service delivery, maintaining inventory and budgets, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction. The manager also plays a key role in marketing initiatives and policy implementation to support business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and optimize daily salon operations
Plan and organize staff schedules and service workflows
Establish and enforce operational policies and procedures
Manage budgets, inventory, and supplier relationships
Oversee advertising and marketing contracts
Hire, train, and supervise a team of 5 to 10 employees
Address customer concerns and ensure service quality
Maintain a fast-paced, detail-oriented work environment
Required Qualifications
College or CEGEP diploma
Three to five years of experience in salon, spa, or hospitality management
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Proven ability to lead teams and manage customer service operations
Flexibility to work weekends, overtime, and variable shifts

Full-time, permanent position with 30 to 40 hours per week
Salary range: $28.85 to $38.85 per hour (negotiable)
