Operate the computerized inventory record-keeping and re-ordering systems, managing the digital backbone of our stock levels.

Act as a key product influencer by greeting customers and providing expert advice on our extensive range of merchandise, including lumber, windows, and building materials.
Coordinate a positive and successful shopping experience for each customer by discussing their project needs and guiding them to the right solutions.
Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust and establishes our brand as a reliable expert in the hardware industry.
Global E-Commerce and Retail Support
Provide essential, on-the-ground support for the hardware store’s daily operations, facilitating the sale of a wide variety of building materials.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in our rural retail setting, ensuring their needs are met from initial inquiry to final purchase.
Digital Advertising Development
Develop compelling, one-on-one “verbal advertisements” by effectively communicating the features and benefits of our products during customer consultations.
Contribute to our sales success by using in-depth product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell relevant items for customer projects.
Communication and Collaboration
Communicate fluently and effectively in French to assist our local clientele with their hardware and building supply needs.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience throughout the store.
Preferred Attributes
Possession of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in a retail or hardware environment is considered a strong asset.
Must be able to provide a clean criminal record check.
