Brand Content Strategy and Visual Production

• Execute our in-store brand strategy by meticulously stocking shelves and maintaining a clean, professional counter area.
• Serve as the primary visual and verbal representative of our brand by greeting all customers with a welcoming demeanor.
• Manage the final stage of product presentation by expertly weighing produce and bulk foods and neatly wrapping or bagging merchandise.
• Handle the physical demands of the role, including heavy loads, to ensure the store is always fully stocked and visually appealing.

Digital Channel Management

• Master and manage our full suite of digital sales channels, including the electronic cash register, price scanner, and Interac machine.
• Operate our computerized inventory record-keeping and re-ordering systems, maintaining the digital backbone of our stock.

Influencer Marketing and Campaign Coordination

• Act as a key brand influencer by providing reliable, friendly, and dependable customer service throughout the store.
• Coordinate the customer’s final “campaign” by guiding them smoothly and efficiently through the entire checkout process.
• Directly influence a safe and responsible shopping experience by verifying the age of customers for the sale of restricted products.

Global E–Commerce and Retail Support

• Provide the essential financial support for our entire operation by accurately receiving and processing all payments for goods and services.
• Serve as the operational engine in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, thriving under pressure to keep the store running smoothly.
• Serve as the backbone of our in-store logistics, ensuring shelves are consistently stocked and products are ready for purchase.

Digital Advertising Development

• Develop the final, itemized “advertisement” of a customer’s purchase by accurately scanning their items and creating a clear transaction summary.
• Serve as a living advertisement for our brand’s commitment to efficient and friendly service in every customer interaction.

Communication and Collaboration

• Utilize excellent oral communication skills in English to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Function as a flexible, accurate, and reliable team player, collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and productive work environment.

• No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training.
• A dependable and physically capable individual with a strong team-player attitude.
