• Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Schedule: Morning, Day, Weekend
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Salary: $39,520 to $43,600 annually (negotiable)
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Work Arrangement: On-site only

Education and Experience

• Education: Secondary school graduation certificate
• Experience: 3 to less than 5 years in retail or management

Work Setting

• Sales and management environment
• Fashion boutique and clothing store

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations
• Manage staff scheduling, task assignment, and performance
• Recruit, hire, and supervise 3–4 employees or volunteers
• Provide staff training and development
• Handle customer service issues, complaints, and supply shortages
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Sell merchandise and complete sales transactions
• Balance and deposit cash
• Assemble and install merchandise displays
• Conduct human resource planning and development

Technical and Sector-Specific Skills

• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and MS Outlook
• Experience in women’s clothing and fashion merchandising

Security and Transportation Requirements

• Must be bondable
• Criminal record and driver’s license validity checks required
• Own transportation is necessary
