Job Description: As a member of the Store Branding Team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while managing store operations and team performance. Your role will include:
Providing attentive and friendly customer service aligned with brand values
Managing sales performance, inventory, and settlement procedures
Overseeing daily store operations to maintain optimal brand presentation
Training and coaching staff, managing attendance, and ensuring service standards
Contributing to a culture of growth, trend awareness, and proactive engagement
This position requires at least one year of relevant experience, a positive and progressive mindset, and a strong sense of ownership and leadership. Preference is given to candidates with foreign language skills (English, Japanese, Chinese) and eligible visa status.
