Brand Content Strategy and Visual Production
- Manage the creation and presentation of all business documents, ensuring they reflect our brand’s standards for accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain the organization and professional appearance of the office and showroom, which may include handling product samples or materials up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Perform a variety of general office duties that support the overall brand image and operational efficiency.
Digital Channel Management
- Manage and maintain customer and sales data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail by performing data entry into our internal systems.
- Serve as the primary operator of our digital communication channels, handling inquiries and disseminating information effectively.
Influencer Marketing and Campaign Coordination
- Serve as the primary brand ambassador, providing exceptional, client-focused customer service to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Act as a key product influencer, confidently answering inquiries and providing detailed information to guide customer decisions in the industrial and commercial construction sector.
- Coordinate directly with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that reinforce our brand’s reliability.
Global E-Commerce and Retail Support
- Provide critical sales support by preparing accurate estimates, quotes, and contract terms, and by outlining warranties and delivery dates for our clients.
- Serve as the central point of contact within our distribution center, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all customer transactions.
Digital Advertising Development
- Develop persuasive and accurate sales quotes that effectively “advertise” the value and benefits of our products and services.
- Craft professional and effective written communications for quotes, inquiries, and customer follow-ups that drive business and build confidence.
Communication and Collaboration
- Utilize excellent written and oral communication skills to interact professionally with customers and collaborate effectively as an organized and reliable team player.
- Leverage efficient interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and support the sales team’s goals.
Preferred Attributes
- Possession of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a similar office or customer service role is a strong asset.
- Demonstrates a wide range of personal strengths, including adaptability, analytical skills, efficiency, integrity, and resourcefulness.
- Must possess a valid driver’s licence and be able to provide a clean driving record (abstract).
