Job Description

As a Retail Store Supervisor at Signature Liquor in Fort McMurray, Alberta, you will be responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, supervising staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Assigning duties to sales staff and monitoring performance
• Hiring and training employees or arranging external training sessions
• Authorizing merchandise returns and resolving customer complaints
• Establishing staff work schedules and ensuring adequate coverage
• Preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising trends, and personnel matters
• Managing inventory levels and organizing stock for optimal accessibility
• Coordinating and supervising the activities of retail workers
• Addressing supply shortages and maintaining smooth store operations

This is a full-time, on-site position offering $21.30 per hour for 32 hours per week, with shifts scheduled during weekdays and weekends. Candidates must have a secondary school graduation certificate and one to two years of relevant experience.
