Job Description

Brand Content Strategy and Visual Production

• Lead and supervise the on-site team, including design staff, to ensure the store’s visual presentation and brand standards are impeccably maintained.
• Take ownership of the physical retail environment, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
• Proactively manage and resolve supply shortages to ensure consistent product availability and brand integrity.

Digital Channel Management

• Utilize scheduling software and other digital tools to establish and manage effective work schedules for all staff members.
• Oversee the use of point-of-sale and inventory systems to facilitate merchandise sales and track stock levels.

Influencer Marketing and Campaign Coordination

• Act as the lead brand ambassador and sales influencer on the floor, guiding both the team and customers.
• Coordinate the daily efforts of the team, supervising apprentices and other staff to achieve collective sales and service goals.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation, resolving customer requests and complaints with professionalism and authority.

Global E-Commerce and Retail Support

• Provide critical operational support by directing the day-to-day functions of the retail business.
• Ensure the smooth and continuous operation of the store by effectively managing staff, inventory, and customer-related issues.

Digital Advertising Development

• Develop strategic work schedules that optimize team performance and align with key sales periods and promotional campaigns.
• Contribute to the store’s success by analyzing and resolving operational challenges, from customer issues to supply chain disruptions.

Communication and Collaboration

• Communicate directives, schedules, and feedback clearly and effectively to all supervised staff.
• Collaborate with the team to foster a positive, productive, and customer-focused work environment.

Preferred Attributes

• Possession of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
