Brand Content Strategy and Visual Production

• Leverage creativity and general interior design knowledge to assist in the professional display of merchandise, creating an inspiring showroom environment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to help clients visualize products within their space, ensuring a perfect fit and finish.
• Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease, ensuring every item meets our brand’s high standards with meticulous attention to detail.
• Contribute to the brand’s online presence by utilizing social media to promote products and engage with our community.

Digital Channel Management

• Operate our computerized inventory record-keeping and re-ordering systems, managing the digital backbone of our specialty shop.
• Manage the full lifecycle of sales transactions through our internet-based e-commerce platform and in-store point-of-sale systems.
• Organize and schedule office work, using digital tools to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of daily tasks and appointments.

Influencer Marketing and Campaign Coordination

• Act as a key brand influencer by greeting clients and providing expert advice on our unique merchandise.
• Coordinate the entire customer journey, discussing their needs, quoting prices and warranties, and preparing detailed sales or leasing contracts.
• Actively advertise and promote our products, sales, and services, serving as the primary driver of in-store sales campaigns.

Global E-Commerce and Retail Support

• Provide critical retail support by conducting all sales transactions and processing various payment methods including cash, cheque, and credit cards.
• Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control, ensuring seamless integration between front-end sales and back-end operations.
• Function effectively in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure to meet tight deadlines while delivering exceptional, client-focused service.

Digital Advertising Development

• Develop personalized and accurate sales proposals by estimating prices, credit terms, and delivery dates for clients.
• Translate client needs into compelling product solutions, effectively “advertising” the value and benefits of our offerings in one-on-one consultations.

Communication and Collaboration

• Utilize excellent oral communication and efficient interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively as a team player.
• Serve as a reliable and organized hub for information, liaising between clients, internal teams, and project plans.

Preferred Attributes

• Possession of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Previous experience in a similar sales or design-focused role is a strong asset.
• Demonstrates a powerful combination of personal traits including creativity, adaptability, analytical skills, integrity, and a proactive, outgoing attitude.
• Must be bondable and able to provide a clean criminal record check.
• Must have own transportation.
