Job Description:

Customer Service & Sales

• Deliver attentive and friendly service to customers, ensuring a welcoming and professional retail environment.
• Support sales activities and provide product guidance aligned with brand philosophy.

Inventory & Sales Management

• Monitor and manage inventory levels, sales performance, and settlement processes.
• Ensure accurate stock tracking and timely replenishment across store locations.

Store Operations Oversight

• Manage daily store operations to maintain brand standards and optimize customer experience.
• Coordinate merchandising, cleanliness, and layout presentation.

Staff Training & Leadership

• Provide coaching, training, and attendance management for store staff.
• Foster a collaborative team culture that reflects GRANHAND’s values and service standards.

Employment Details:

• Type: Full-time
  • 3-month probationary period
  • First month: minimum wage
  • Months 2–3: regular salary
• Salary: KRW 2.9 million/month (pre-tax)
  • Plus incentives (KRW 320,000+) and special store support allowance
• Working Hours: 5 days/week, 9 hours/day (including 1-hour break)
• Location: Assigned by company (not selectable)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in retail, customer service, or store operations
• Passion for culture, trends, and continuous self-development
• Positive, proactive, and leadership-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills and team spirit

Preferred Skills:

• Foreign language proficiency (English, Japanese, Chinese)
• Experience in retail branding or lifestyle product sales
