Job Description: As a Retail Branding Associate at GRANHAND, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience while supporting store operations and sales performance across multiple locations. This role emphasizes cultural engagement, proactive leadership, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and attentive customer service that reflects the brand’s philosophy
• Manage inventory, monitor sales performance, and handle settlement procedures
• Operate and maintain store environments to ensure consistent brand presentation
• Rotate across various store locations to support operational needs
• Contribute to team growth through communication, collaboration, and leadership

Employment Details:

• Full-time position with a 1-month internship period (minimum wage during probation)
• Monthly salary: KRW 2.65 million (plus incentives up to KRW 300,000 and store support allowance)
• 5-day rotating schedule, 9 hours per day including a 1-hour break
• Work location: All GRANHAND stores (rotation system; specific branches cannot be selected)
