• Location: On-site in Penticton, BC
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Schedule: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend

• Education: College/CEGEP diploma
• Experience: 2 to less than 3 years
• Work Setting: Physical presence required; no remote option

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze budgets to maintain and improve profitability
• Evaluate daily operations and monitor revenue and labor costs
• Plan and organize daily activities and staff schedules
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance
• Conduct performance reviews and manage payroll documentation
• Cost products and services and manage inventory
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Address customer complaints and maintain service standards
• Provide direct customer service and support
