Job Description

• Location: On-site in Penticton, BC (V2A 9C9)
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Schedule: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend
• Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
• Salary: $36.60 per hour
• Languages Required: English
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 2 to less than 3 years
• Work Setting: Physical presence required; no remote option

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze budgets to maintain and improve profitability
• Evaluate daily operations and monitor revenue and labor costs
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance
• Set staff schedules and conduct performance reviews
• Balance cash and complete financial documentation
• Cost products and services and manage inventory
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Participate in marketing plans and address customer concerns
• Supervise a team of 16–20 employees
