JYP Entertainment is seeking a detail-oriented and globally fluent professional to oversee performance planning, production, and international tour operations. This role involves managing budgets, coordinating on-site logistics, and serving as a tour manager for domestic and overseas events. Candidates should have a strong foundation in performance arts and a passion for the cultural industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage performance production schedules, and budgets
• Oversee on-site operations for domestic and international performances
• Serve as tour manager for overseas artist engagements
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth execution

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Academic background in performance or related arts
• Prior experience in cultural arts or performance-related work

Preferred Attributes:

• Strong interest in entertainment industry trends
• Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
• Foreign language proficiency (e.g., Korean, Chinese, Japanese)
• Proficiency in office administration tools (Excel, scheduling software)

• Location: Seoul, South Korea
• Visa: Foreign applicants must hold a D-2, D-10, or be eligible for an E-7 visa
