Position Overview

The English Speaking Staff will lead small-group educational and play-based sessions for children aged 3 to 9. This role combines structured curriculum instruction with interactive play, ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for young learners. Staff will also assist with preparation, planning, and operational management of the center.

Key Responsibilities

Instruction and Activity Leadership

• Lead activities for up to 3 children (ages 3–9) during 2-hour sessions.
• Conduct curriculum-based educational instruction for 1 hour using the company’s established program.
• Facilitate 1 hour of interactive play based on children’s interests, ensuring active engagement.

Safety and Management

• Manage check-in/check-out process and ensure safe handover to parents.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for children.

Planning and Preparation

• Assist with or lead class preparation, planning, and development during non-session periods.
• Review and practice course materials and operational guidelines in advance.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native English speaker.
• Eligible visa status: F visa holders, H-1 visa holders (with 6+ months validity), D visa holders (with valid work permit).
• Energetic, active, and enthusiastic about working with children.
• Punctual, flexible, respectful, and responsible team player.
• Lead Staff applicants: Prior experience in early childhood or play-based settings preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in early childhood education.
• Proficiency in Korean (speaking, writing, and reading).

Employment Details

• Hours: Center operates 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM, with 3 sessions daily (2 hours each).
  • Candidates preferred who can commit 2–3 weekdays plus 2 weekend days.
• Pay: Up to 20,000 KRW/hour.
  • Final rate depends on position (Lead/Assistant), language fluency, experience, and performance.
  • Strong performance may lead to promotion and pay adjustments.
