Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate seminars, conferences, and internal meetings
  • Direct and motivate staff to ensure efficient workflow and team cohesion
  • Establish and implement office policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and travel arrangements
  • Respond to telephone calls and electronic inquiries professionally
  • Compile data, statistics, and operational information for reporting
  • Oversee the preparation of internal and external reports
  • Address employee questions and complaints with discretion and professionalism
  • Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies
  • Perform data entry and maintain digital databases
  • Provide customer service and front-desk support
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and support financial documentation

Qualifications

  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent diploma (1–2 years)
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in an administrative or office support role
  • Language: English
  • Work Location: On-site only; remote work is not available

Employment Details

  • Type: Permanent, Full-Time
  • Schedule: 30 hours per week; morning, day, and evening shifts with overtime as required
  • Salary: CAD 25.64 per hour
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
