Job Description

Black Viper Consulting is seeking a capable and organized Office Administrative Assistant to support operational and staffing functions at its Mississauga office. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $26.00 to $27.00 for 32 to 35 hours per week. The position requires on-site presence and includes flexible scheduling across early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office procedures, supervising staff, managing communications, and supporting event logistics. This role is ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and foundational experience in administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and internal events
  • Open, distribute, and manage incoming mail and materials
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff; assist in training new personnel
  • Establish and maintain office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
  • Respond to telephone and electronic inquiries professionally
  • Compile and organize data, statistics, and reports
  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies
  • Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas
  • Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, forms, and documents

Required Qualifications

  • Secondary school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supervising staff and coordinating administrative routines
