Job Description

SalesMaster Korea is conducting a mystery dining survey at a luxury hotel in Busan to evaluate service quality for foreign guests. Selected participants will dine at the hotel’s restaurant and assess staff performance, language accessibility, and overall dining experience. All meal expenses are fully covered, and participants receive a fixed compensation upon completion of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit a designated luxury hotel in Busan with a non-Korean companion
  • Evaluate service quality and language support for foreign guests
  • Complete a structured satisfaction checklist (template provided)
  • Submit required documentation and photos post-visit

Participation Format:

  • Two-person team (each must be a foreign resident)
  • One team member completes the evaluation checklist
  • Visit must occur between September 22–25, 2025

Compensation:

  • KRW 20,000 per person (KRW 40,000 per team)
  • Full reimbursement of meal and beverage costs (within budget)
  • Payment issued immediately upon submission of required documents

Required Documents After Visit:

  • Completed checklist
  • Six photos: restaurant interior, entrance, service staff (back view acceptable), receipt, ordered food, team selfie
  • Bank name and account number for payment

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English
  • Available for immediate participation

Preferred Attributes:

  • Residents near the survey location (Busan)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
