BLS Clinic is seeking a culturally fluent and service-oriented Patient Coordinator to support its multilingual client base in a high-end aesthetic medical setting. Located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, this full-time, on-site role operates Monday through Saturday from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM, catering to early appointments and international clientele.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing patient communications, and facilitating smooth clinic operations. This position is ideal for individuals fluent in Korean and at least one of Japanese, English, or Chinese, with a passion for client care and interest in the aesthetic medicine field.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front-line customer service and support to international and domestic patients
• Manage appointment scheduling, inquiries, and follow-up communications
• Assist with patient intake and coordination across departments
• Support multilingual communication via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Maintain professionalism and discretion in a clinical environment

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Korean and one of Japanese, English, or Chinese
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• No prior experience required; training provided for new hires

Preferred Attributes

• Residence near Gangnam-gu for ease of commute
• Prior experience in customer service or healthcare coordination
• Nursing assistant certification
• Holders of F-series visas (F2, F4, F5, F6) preferred
