Job Description

Koru Pharma Co., Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing and Project Coordination Assistant to support cross-functional initiatives in product development, vendor management, and international marketing. This full-time, on-site role operates Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM and is based at the company’s headquarters in Samsung-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project timelines, managing vendor communications, conducting market research, and supporting the creation of marketing materials. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in project coordination, marketing, or business operations, and who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

• Plan and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
• Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturing partners
• Track production schedules and ensure timely execution

Communication and Liaison

• Serve as a point of contact between the company and external vendors
• Schedule meetings and document key action items
• Maintain clear communication channels to resolve issues

Market Research and Analysis

• Conduct domestic and international market research
• Analyze data to support strategic decisions
• Present findings in reports and presentations

Marketing Materials and Content

• Assist in developing catalogs, presentations, and social media content
• Coordinate with designers to ensure brand consistency
• Organize and maintain promotional assets

Vendor and Supplier Management

• Source and evaluate suppliers and manufacturers
• Support quality control and printing processes
• Assist in price negotiation and timeline coordination

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 2–5 years of professional experience
• Valid work authorization or visa permitting legal employment in Korea
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and collaborative tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience in project management, budgeting, data analysis, or market research
• Familiarity with design coordination and vendor relations
• Adaptability and self-motivation in dynamic environments
