Translation and Localization Execution

• Perform time-sensitive Korean-to-Traditional Chinese translations for assigned game-related projects, ensuring linguistic precision and cultural relevance.
• Conduct linguistic quality assurance (LQA) reviews of Traditional Chinese content to maintain consistency, clarity, and alignment with localization standards.

AI Translation Research Participation

• Collaborate on AI translation research initiatives by reviewing machine-generated output and proposing improvements for Traditional Chinese language models.
• Provide structured feedback to enhance translation accuracy and contextual fidelity in automated systems.

Gaming Industry Engagement

• Apply in-depth knowledge of game mechanics, terminology, and player expectations to ensure translations resonate with target audiences.
• Leverage personal gaming experience to identify contextual nuances and improve content quality.

Language Proficiency and Cultural Sensitivity

• Demonstrate native-level fluency in Traditional Chinese and a strong understanding of Taiwanese culture to support effective localization.
• Utilize high-level Korean reading and conversational skills to interpret source materials accurately and communicate effectively during collaborative tasks.

Operational and Collaborative Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit bilingual self-introduction letters in Korean and Traditional Chinese as part of the application process.
• Participate in on-site translation testing and Korean-language interviews during the recruitment phase.
• Maintain professionalism and composure under time-sensitive conditions, including during translation assessments and collaborative reviews.
