Job Description

As a Global Sales Representative in the Global Division at iFamilySC, you will support the international expansion of Rom&nd and Nooz across Europe, Russia, CIS, the Middle East, Oceania, and India. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing communication and sales coordination with distributors and partners in emerging markets
• Supporting B2B account management and country-specific order processing
• Monitoring partner sales performance and maintaining accurate sales data
• Assisting with product launches and promotional activities for Rom&nd/Nooz
• Identifying new clients and expanding global distribution networks
• Collaborating on regulatory compliance for international markets (e.g., CPNP/SCPN, CDSCO, SFDA)
• Supporting global marketing campaigns and promotional execution
• Conducting market research and preparing trend analysis reports

Qualifications

Required

• Business-level English communication skills (email, meetings, travel)
• Passion for global sales and interest in beauty or consumer goods
• Cultural awareness and curiosity about international markets
• Strong interpersonal skills and integrity in partner collaboration
• Proactive learning and task execution

Preferred

• Regional experience in Europe, Russia, the Middle East, or India
• International exposure (study abroad, internships, exchange programs)
• Experience with duty-free, department stores, or global retail channels
• Basic understanding of trade, logistics, or licensing processes
• Interest in global beauty trends and content-driven marketing
