Job Description: As the India Influencer Marketing Manager at Biodance, you will lead strategic influencer initiatives tailored to the Indian market. This role involves campaign planning, influencer engagement, and performance analysis, with a strong focus on brand localization and cross-border collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and build a comprehensive database of Indian influencers and creators
  • Plan and execute seeding campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize results
  • Manage influencer content strategy, direct outreach, contract negotiation, and contract administration
  • Collaborate with local agencies and manage strategic partnerships
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and coordinate with global teams to ensure effective localization

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with seeding strategies, campaign execution, and performance tracking
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for influencer and contract management
  • Proficiency in data-driven analysis and reporting tools
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors
  • Prior experience working with K-Beauty brands or familiarity with Korean beauty culture
