Job Description

Brand Content Strategy and Visual Production

  • Execute our in-store brand strategy by meticulously stocking shelves to ensure a full and visually appealing product display.
  • Serve as the primary visual and verbal representative of our brand by greeting all customers and maintaining a clean, professional counter area.
  • Uphold our brand’s standards by ensuring the store environment is always customer-ready, even in a fast-paced setting.

Digital Channel Management

  • Operate and manage our primary digital sales channel, the cash register, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilize our point-of-sale technology to scan items and process various payment methods, including money, cheques, and credit/debit cards.

Influencer Marketing and Campaign Coordination

  • Act as a key brand influencer by providing reliable and friendly customer service that creates a positive shopping experience.
  • Coordinate the final “campaign” of the customer’s visit by guiding them smoothly and efficiently through the checkout process.
  • Directly influence customer satisfaction by being a helpful and accessible point of contact on the sales floor.

Global E-Commerce and Retail Support

  • Provide the essential financial support for our entire retail operation by accurately receiving and processing payments for all goods and services.
  • Serve as the logistical backbone of the store by ensuring shelves are consistently stocked and products are ready for purchase.
  • Thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment, providing the dependable support needed to keep the store running smoothly.

Digital Advertising Development

  • Develop the final, itemized “advertisement” of a customer’s purchase by accurately scanning their items and creating a clear transaction summary.
  • Serve as a living advertisement for our brand’s commitment to efficient and friendly service in every customer interaction.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Utilize excellent oral communication skills in French to interact effectively with our local clientele.
  • Function as a flexible and reliable team player, collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and productive work environment.

Preferred Attributes

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • An accurate, flexible, and reliable individual with a strong team-player attitude.
  • Financial benefits are provided as per the collective agreement.
