Detailed Job Description

1. Product and Procedure Training

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company’s product portfolio, including clinical benefits, application techniques, and treatment protocols.
  • Deliver structured training sessions and live product demonstrations to regional distributors and their sales teams.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and technical accuracy across all training materials and presentations.

2. Global Sales Development

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing international distributors.
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities through direct overseas sales activities and participation in global trade exhibitions.
  • Support sales efforts by presenting product value propositions through professional demonstrations and tailored presentations.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to produce localized sales materials, product guides, and promotional content suitable for diverse markets.

3. Presentation and Marketing Support

  • Conduct in-person product presentations for clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies that align with regional market trends and customer expectations.
  • Translate technical product features into compelling sales narratives for various cultural contexts.

4. Market Intelligence

  • Collect and analyze competitor data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product development and sales strategy.
  • Provide actionable insights to internal teams to enhance product positioning and market responsiveness.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery brands, pharmaceutical, or cosmetics industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct product presentations and hands-on demonstrations.
  • Strong command of English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior role as a Product Manager or Sales Trainer in the aesthetics or medical device sector.
  • Familiarity with skincare ingredients, clinical treatment protocols, and global aesthetic market dynamics.
