Job Description

As a Global Sales & Marketing Associate at iFamilySC, you will join a dynamic team driving the international expansion of Rom&nd and Nooz across Europe, Russia, CIS, the Middle East, Oceania, and India. Your responsibilities will span both sales and marketing execution, including:

Sales Responsibilities

• Managing global mall channels (e.g., YesAsia) and coordinating product launches
• Planning and executing sales strategies tailored to each market
• Setting sales goals and managing inventory across distribution channels
• Analyzing sales data and preparing performance reports
• Collaborating with influencers and executing Spark Ads campaigns

Marketing Responsibilities

• Managing Nooz’s global social media channels and content
• Executing Meta (Facebook, Instagram) advertising and tracking performance
• Planning country-specific promotions and content marketing strategies
• Coordinating influencer seeding and media collaborations
• Aligning campaigns and PR kits with brand guidelines
• Reporting insights and results based on marketing execution

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 1 year of experience with a beauty or consumer goods brand
• Hands-on experience in B2B sales and global online marketing
• Strong business English communication skills
• Ability to analyze distribution and marketing data
• Proven project planning and execution capabilities
• Effective communication with diverse international and internal teams

Preferred

• Experience in beauty brand sales and global social media management
• Familiarity with Meta ad operations and influencer marketing
• Understanding of retail networks in Europe, Russia, and the Middle East
