Brand Content Strategy and Visual Production

• Execute the final visual production of our brand by skillfully measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling materials like wood and lightweight steel into finished structures.
• Develop the strategic blueprint for our projects by preparing precise layouts that conform to all building codes.
• Construct the core visual framework of our brand’s physical presence by building foundations, installing floor systems, and erecting walls and roofs.
• Enhance and revitalize existing brand assets by performing expert maintenance, repair, and renovation on residences and other wooden structures.

Digital Channel Management

• Manage the project’s digital backbone by preparing accurate tenders, quotations, and estimates for costs and materials.
• Operate our project management channels to effectively schedule and co-ordinate work on various construction and renovation sites.

Influencer Marketing and Campaign Coordination

• Act as a key on-site influencer, directly shaping the customer experience through a focus on client satisfaction and excellent communication.
• Coordinate the daily “campaign” of construction activities across multiple sites, ensuring project milestones are met under tight deadlines.
• Directly influence the success of our projects by contributing as a reliable and essential team player.

Global E-Commerce and Retail Support

• Provide the foundational operational support for every structure by expertly managing the construction process from layout to assembly.
• Serve as the operational engine on-site, flawlessly executing construction and renovation tasks in demanding environments, including at heights and in confined spaces.

Digital Advertising Development

• Develop and create the primary “advertisement” for our brand—perfectly finished spaces—by meticulously fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
• Serve as the final quality control for our structural “advertisements,” ensuring every detail is accurate and represents our brand’s commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Communication and Collaboration

• Communicate with clients and team members using excellent oral and written communication skills to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Collaborate as a dedicated team player, demonstrating reliability and strong values to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Preferred Attributes

• Possession of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 1 to less than 7 months of proven experience in a professional carpentry role.
• An accurate, reliable, and physically capable professional with efficient interpersonal skills, able to handle heavy loads and a large workload in a demanding environment.
