Job Description

The Food Services Manager at SUBWAY Bragg Creek is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, staff performance, and compliance with health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate staff activities across shifts
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and task delegation
  • Monitor revenue trends and labor costs to optimize profitability
  • Conduct staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
  • Maintain inventory levels and negotiate supplier arrangements
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace regulations
  • Address customer concerns and uphold service standards
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional planning
  • Prepare financial documentation including balance sheets and cash reports
  • Operate and manage point-of-sale systems and electronic registers

Required Qualifications

  • College or CEGEP diploma
  • Minimum five years of experience in food service or hospitality management
  • Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
