About the Role
We are hiring a Project Planning Engineer to support our growing portfolio of EPC projects. In this role, you will develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. You will ensure timely project delivery by coordinating with internal teams and using planning tools to identify risks and maintain control over cost and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, update, and monitor project schedules (baseline, revisions, recovery)
Create and manage project cash flows, cost breakdowns, and forecasts using SAP
Analyze schedule delays, trends, and cost deviations; report findings to stakeholders
Coordinate closely with finance for budget reconciliation and cost tracking
Prepare project reports (daily, weekly, monthly) based on project criticality
Ensure all planning activities comply with internal policies and industry standards
Support continuous business process improvement and automation efforts
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
2–5 years of experience in project planning, cost control, and schedule management
Strong knowledge of SAP, project planning tools, and reporting systems
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
Familiarity with EPC project lifecycles and construction best practices
