Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. You will be responsible for creating and managing project schedules, ensuring timely delivery, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. The role requires solid experience in planning tools like Primavera, MS Project, and Power BI, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera and MS Project
Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective measures
Assess and allocate resources (manpower, materials, equipment) efficiently
Analyze risks and propose mitigation strategies
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders
Provide regular progress updates and performance reports
Analyze historical data to improve future planning accuracy
Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry standards
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
2–7 years of experience in construction project planning
Proficient in Primavera, MS Project, MS Office, Power BI, and AppSheet
Strong understanding of project scheduling, resource management, and risk assessment
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills
Knowledge of cost control and quality assurance standards
