Job Description

Brand Content Strategy and Visual Production

  • Execute the final visual production of our brand by skillfully preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standard.
  • Maintain the brand’s commitment to quality and safety by meticulously inspecting all kitchens and food service areas.
  • Uphold our standards for a professional environment by ensuring the kitchen and all work areas are impeccably clean at all times.

Digital Channel Management

  • (As this is a hands-on culinary role, this section focuses on the primary production channel.)
  • Expertly manage and operate all equipment within our primary production channel—the kitchen—to create our core product.

Influencer Marketing and Campaign Coordination

  • Act as a key culinary influencer, directly shaping the customer experience through the quality, taste, and presentation of the food.
  • Coordinate specialized “campaigns” for our guests by carefully preparing dishes that cater to customers with specific food allergies or intolerances.
  • Directly influence customer satisfaction and safety by ensuring every dish meets our exacting standards.

Global E-Commerce and Retail Support

  • Provide the foundational operational support for the entire restaurant by producing the core product that drives our business.
  • Serve as the operational engine of the kitchen, ensuring that all food preparation and quality control measures are flawlessly executed.

Digital Advertising Development

  • Develop and create the primary “advertisement” for our brand—delicious and well-prepared meals—from initial prep to final plating.
  • Design and execute customized dishes for guests with dietary needs, serving as a direct “advertisement” of our kitchen’s skill and customer care.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Communicate effectively in English with all members of the kitchen and service teams to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, safe, and positive work environment.

Preferred Attributes

  • Possession of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 to less than 3 years of proven experience in a professional cooking role.
  • A reliable and detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to quality and cleanliness.
  • Benefit of free parking is available.
