Job Description

Brand Content Strategy and Visual Production

  • Develop our core culinary content by planning menus and estimating food requirements to ensure a high-quality, consistent product.
  • Execute the final visual production of our brand by skillfully preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes with keen attention to detail.
  • Maintain the brand’s commitment to quality and hygiene by ensuring the kitchen and all work areas are impeccably clean.

Digital Channel Management

  • Manage the kitchen’s digital backbone by maintaining precise inventory records for all food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Operate our digital procurement channels to accurately requisition all necessary food and kitchen supplies.

Influencer Marketing and Campaign Coordination

  • Act as a key culinary influencer, directly shaping the customer experience through the quality and consistency of the food.
  • Coordinate the daily “campaign” of meal service by being an organized and reliable part of the kitchen team.
  • Directly influence the success of the bar and restaurant by preparing dishes that meet the highest standards.

Global E-Commerce and Retail Support

  • Provide the foundational operational support for the entire establishment by managing the heart of the business: the kitchen.
  • Manage the physical demands of the role in a fast-paced environment, including handling heavy loads up to 60 kg (132 lbs), to ensure operational success.

Digital Advertising Development

  • Develop and create the primary “advertisement” for our brand—delicious and well-prepared meals—from initial prep to final plating.
  • Design and perfect individual dishes that serve as a testament to the kitchen’s skill and creativity.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Communicate effectively in French with all members of the kitchen and service teams.
  • Function as a reliable and dedicated team player, collaborating to create a positive and efficient work environment.

Preferred Attributes

  • Possession of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of proven experience in a professional cooking role.
  • An organized, reliable, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced team setting.
