Brand Content Strategy and Visual Production
- Execute the final visual production of our brand by skillfully preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standard.
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure the consistent quality and presentation of all culinary content that leaves the kitchen.
- Uphold the brand’s standards by ensuring all food preparation is performed with precision, even during repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Digital Channel Management
- Manage the kitchen’s digital backbone by maintaining precise inventory records for all food, supplies, and equipment.
- Utilize internal systems to track stock and support the efficient management of kitchen resources.
Influencer Marketing and Campaign Coordination
- Act as the lead culinary influencer and mentor, supervising kitchen staff and helpers to ensure adherence to our quality standards.
- Coordinate the daily “campaign” of meal service, leading the team to ensure a smooth, efficient, and high-quality output.
- Directly influence the performance of the kitchen by providing clear direction and hands-on guidance to the team.
Global E-Commerce and Retail Support
- Provide the foundational operational support for the entire establishment by expertly managing all day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Serve as the operational engine of the kitchen, ensuring that all processes, from preparation to service, run efficiently and effectively.
Digital Advertising Development
- Develop and create the primary “advertisement” for our brand—delicious and well-prepared meals—from initial prep to final plating.
- Serve as the final quality control for our culinary “advertisements,” ensuring every dish that goes out is a perfect representation of our brand.
Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate culinary standards and directives clearly in English to supervise and lead the kitchen team effectively.
- Collaborate with all restaurant staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow between the kitchen and front-of-house operations.
Preferred Attributes
- Possession of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a professional cooking or kitchen leadership role.
- A strong leader capable of managing kitchen operations and supervising staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Eligible for our health care plan.
