Job Description

Brand Content Strategy and Culinary Production

Execute the logistical delivery of our brand’s promise by preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, including specialized items for customers with food allergies or intolerances.

Strategically plan menus, estimate food requirements, and determine portion sizes and costs to ensure a consistently high-quality and profitable guest experience.

Skillfully manage all kitchen operations, serving as the hands-on leader and executor of our critical culinary campaigns.

Culinary Influence and Service Coordination

Act as a key brand ambassador in the kitchen, supervising kitchen staff and helpers to cultivate a high-performing and collaborative team.

Coordinate the culinary “campaign”—each service—by training all staff in preparation, cooking, and food handling to ensure a unified and efficient team effort.

Directly influence guest satisfaction and brand reputation by leading by example and fostering a strong team-player environment during night and weekend shifts.

Kitchen Operations and Equipment Management

Serve as the operational engine of the kitchen, ensuring the entire workspace is clean, organized, and runs smoothly.

Take complete ownership of the kitchen’s condition by thoroughly inspecting all food service areas to ensure total integrity, safety, and hygiene.

Provide frontline support for service by ordering all necessary supplies and equipment to keep the culinary campaign moving without interruption.

Documentation and Quality Assurance

Develop the primary “advertisement” for our brand—flawless, delicious food—backed by meticulous inventory management and cost control.

Serve as the final quality control for kitchen resources, maintaining accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to inform purchasing and menu costing.

Function as the central hub of logistical information, ensuring all inventory data is precise to guarantee the kitchen is always well-stocked and ready for service.

Preferred Attributes

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate with 2 years to less than 3 years of proven professional culinary and kitchen management experience.

A dedicated team player with the demonstrated ability to manage kitchen operations, plan menus, train staff, and maintain impeccable quality standards.

Salary is negotiable, ranging from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.

The employer accepts applications from Canadian citizens, permanent or temporary residents of Canada, and other candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.
