Job Description

As a Construction Manager at DSM Excavating & Contracting Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring timely execution, budget compliance, and quality assurance. Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and organizing daily on-site operations to maintain workflow and safety standards
• Preparing and submitting detailed budget estimates for construction projects
• Developing and managing construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress, and adjusting timelines as needed
• Drafting contracts and negotiating revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
• Managing project budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of resources
• Implementing quality control programs to uphold construction standards and client expectations

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Surrey, BC, offering $48.50 per hour for 30 to 40 hours per week. The role requires a College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience, with two to three years of relevant professional background.
