Job Description

Bird Construction Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead strategic planning, policy development, and operational oversight within its Calgary office. This senior-level role involves formulating organizational objectives, managing financial and administrative controls, and guiding promotional and HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement organizational goals, policies, and strategic programs
  • Establish and monitor financial and administrative systems
  • Approve marketing campaigns and human resources planning
  • Lead cross-functional coordination within office-based construction operations

Qualifications:

  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent post-secondary education
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction or corporate operations
  • Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills
  • Fluent English communication for internal and external coordination

Work Details:

  • Location: Calgary, Alberta (on-site only)
  • Employment Type: Permanent, full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Salary: $150,000–$160,000 annually (negotiable)
