Job Description:

Strategic Planning & Promotion

• Develop and execute promotional strategies tailored to Nepalese communities in Korea.
• Align campaigns with Coinshot’s brand objectives and financial service offerings.

Community Engagement & Event Management

• Build relationships with Nepalese community leaders and members.
• Plan and execute culturally relevant events to enhance brand trust and visibility.

Digital Marketing Operations

• Organize monthly online marketing events.
• Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns targeting Nepalese audiences.

Offline Marketing Coordination

• Select and manage regional customer touchpoints such as dormitories, restaurants, and factories.
• Oversee offline promotional activities and ensure consistent brand messaging.

Staff Recruitment & Supervision

• Recruit, train, and manage staff for offline marketing efforts.
• Monitor team performance and ensure effective execution of outreach plans.

Qualifications:

• Valid visa status (must be clearly stated on resume)
• Weekend availability (flexible scheduling possible)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or financial marketing preferred
• Business-level Korean language proficiency is an advantage

Visa & Employment Details:
