Key Responsibilities:

• Promotional Strategy Development: Design and implement culturally tailored marketing strategies to promote Coinshot’s financial services within Bangladeshi communities in Korea.
• Community Engagement & Event Planning: Build relationships with local community leaders and members. Plan and execute events that foster trust, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.
• Digital Marketing Execution: Organize monthly online campaigns, manage social media advertising, and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement.
• Offline Marketing Operations: Identify and manage high-impact customer touchpoints such as dormitories, restaurants, and factories. Oversee regional offline marketing activities.
• Staff Recruitment & Management: Recruit, train, and supervise marketing staff for offline campaigns, ensuring consistent brand representation and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Valid visa status (must be stated on resume)
• Weekend availability (flexible scheduling possible)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or financial marketing preferred
• Business-level Korean language proficiency is an advantage
