Job Description

Brand Content Strategy and Visual Production

  • Execute the final visual production of our brand by sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and ensuring all common areas and residences are pristine.
  • Maintain the brand’s commitment to hygiene by thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting kitchens, bathrooms, showers, and other specialized areas.
  • Uphold our standards for a welcoming home environment by making beds, changing sheets, laundering and mending clothing, and washing windows and walls.

Digital Channel Management

  • Manage the property’s inventory backbone by stocking linen closets and shopping for necessary food and household supplies.
  • Operate our internal reporting channels by responsibly handling and documenting all lost and found items according to procedure.

Influencer Marketing and Campaign Coordination

  • Act as a key brand influencer, directly shaping the client experience by providing personal assistance with bathing, hygiene, and other needs.
  • Coordinate the daily “campaign” of client support and property upkeep, providing basic information on facilities and ensuring a clean, comfortable living space.
  • Directly influence client well-being and satisfaction by being a primary, trusted individual for housekeeping and personal support.

Global E-Commerce and Retail Support

  • Provide the foundational operational support for the entire complex by performing a wide range of duties from light housekeeping to personal care.
  • Serve as the operational engine of resident support, flawlessly and independently executing all tasks required to maintain a safe and supportive environment.

Digital Advertising Development

  • Develop and create the primary “advertisement” for our brand—a clean, organized, and caring living environment—through diligent and thoughtful work.
  • Serve as the final quality control for our environmental “advertisements,” ensuring every detail reflects our brand’s commitment to excellence and resident care.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Communicate effectively using excellent written skills for any necessary reporting or documentation.
  • Work independently and with a high degree of honesty, reliability, and organization to meet the needs of clients and the facility.

Preferred Attributes

  • Possession of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of proven experience in a relevant housekeeping or personal support role.
  • A dependable, flexible, and organized professional with the ability to work independently and maintain high standards of honesty and reliability.
  • Must have their own vehicle and be able to pass a criminal record check.
  • Applicants must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada, or a temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit. The employer will not respond to applications from candidates who are not authorized to work in Canada.
