Job Description: As a China Market Strategy Intern at Biodence, you will support the company’s expansion and brand communication efforts in the Chinese market. This role combines market research, content localization, and digital strategy execution, with a strong emphasis on cosmetics and e-commerce trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular research and reporting on Chinese market trends, including brands, products, and manufacturers
Generate insights based on market intelligence to inform strategic decisions
Assist with Chinese social media channel management, e-commerce operations, and influencer marketing
Translate and localize content between Korean and Chinese to ensure cultural relevance
Support the execution of China-focused business strategies in collaboration with internal teams
Qualifications:
Current university students on leave or recent graduates (including expected graduates)
Fluent in Chinese (written and verbal)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Capable of rapid execution and data-driven strategic thinking
Preferred Qualifications:
Passion for cosmetics and beauty culture
Active interest in social media trends and content
Experience living in a Chinese-speaking country
Exposure to startups, consulting, or VC-related projects
Familiarity with Chinese e-commerce and live commerce ecosystems
Understanding of Korean-Chinese health and beauty distribution channels
Native English speaker with a valid work visa for Korea
