- Execute our in-store brand strategy by meticulously stocking shelves and maintaining a clean, professional counter area.
- Serve as the primary visual and verbal representative of our brand by greeting all customers with a welcoming and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the final stage of the customer’s purchase by expertly wrapping or placing merchandise in bags for a polished presentation.
Digital Channel Management
- Operate and manage our primary digital sales channel, the cash register, accurately scanning items and processing transactions.
- Utilize our point-of-sale technology to process a variety of payment methods, including money, cheques, and credit/debit cards.
- Manage our customer order channels by professionally accepting reservations and processing take-out orders.
Influencer Marketing and Campaign Coordination
- Act as a key product influencer through strategic suggestive selling to enhance the customer’s experience and introduce them to new products.
- Coordinate a seamless customer journey by providing exceptional and accurate service from the initial greeting to the final transaction.
- Directly influence customer satisfaction and loyalty by being a helpful, flexible, and reliable point of contact.
Global E-Commerce and Retail Support
- Provide the essential financial support for our entire operation by accurately receiving and processing payments for all goods and services.
- Serve as the logistical backbone of the business by ensuring shelves are consistently stocked and products are ready for purchase.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing the dependable support needed to keep both our retail and restaurant operations running smoothly.
Digital Advertising Development
- Develop compelling, one-on-one verbal “advertisements” for our products and specials through effective suggestive selling techniques.
- Create a positive and memorable customer experience that serves as a living advertisement for our brand’s commitment to excellent service.
Communication and Collaboration
- Utilize excellent oral communication skills in English to interact effectively with customers and take orders accurately.
- Function as a flexible and collaborative team player, participating in team-building opportunities and contributing to a positive work environment.
Preferred Attributes
- Possession of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer-facing, retail, or service role.
- An accurate, flexible, and reliable individual with a strong team-player attitude.
