Brand Content Strategy and Visual Production

• Serve as the primary visual and verbal representative of our brand by greeting all customers with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
• Maintain the integrity and security of our establishment by monitoring all entrances and exits and politely verifying proof of payment when necessary.
• Uphold our brand’s standards for customer service, ensuring every interaction contributes to a positive and secure environment.

Digital Channel Management

• Operate and manage our primary digital sales channel: the cash register and point-of-sale system.
• Process all transactions, including money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments, through our digital platforms with accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage and verify the integrity of our sales data by calculating daily/shift payments and reconciling them with total sales records.

Influencer Marketing and Campaign Coordination

• Act as a key brand influencer at the point of sale, guiding customers through the final stage of their purchasing journey.
• Coordinate customer “campaigns” by accepting and processing reservations or take-out orders accurately.
• Directly influence the customer’s final impression by ensuring a smooth, friendly, and efficient payment process.

Global E-Commerce and Retail Support

• Provide the essential financial support for our entire retail operation by receiving and processing all payments for goods and services.
• Tabulate the total payment for all required goods or services, ensuring the seamless completion of every transaction.
• Offer specialized support for international customers by accurately calculating foreign currency exchanges when required.

Digital Advertising Development

• Develop the final, itemized “advertisement” of a customer’s purchase by accurately tabulating their total bill.
• Create a daily financial summary report by calculating and reconciling all payments received, showcasing the day’s sales performance.

Communication and Collaboration

• Communicate clearly and effectively in English with every customer to ensure a positive and efficient transaction process.
• Collaborate with the service team to manage reservations and take-out orders seamlessly.

Preferred Attributes

• Possession of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• No prior experience is necessary as we will provide comprehensive training.
