Brand Content Strategy and Visual Production

• Execute our in-store brand strategy by meticulously stocking shelves and maintaining a clean, professional counter area.
• Serve as the primary visual and verbal representative of our brand by greeting all customers and actively participating in promotional activities.
• Manage the final stage of the customer’s purchase by expertly wrapping or placing merchandise in bags for a polished presentation.

Digital Channel Management

• Master and manage our suite of digital sales channels, including the electronic cash register and price scanner.
• Utilize our point-of-sale technology to accurately scan items and receive payments for all goods and services.
• Produce a daily digital performance report by accurately calculating and reconciling all payments received against total sales.

Influencer Marketing and Campaign Coordination

• Act as a key product influencer through strategic suggestive selling to enhance the customer’s experience and introduce them to new products.
• Coordinate a seamless and responsible customer journey, from providing exceptional service to verifying the age of customers for the sale of regulated products.
• Directly influence a positive and welcoming atmosphere by being a dependable and reliable point of contact for all customer needs.

Global E-Commerce and Retail Support

• Provide the essential operational support for our entire site by replenishing fuel and ensuring the smooth flow of our gas bar services.
• Serve as a critical community support liaison by assisting police, the public, and emergency organizations during major disasters.
• Ensure the financial integrity of daily operations by accurately receiving payments and managing all sales transactions with keen attention to detail.

Digital Advertising Development

• Develop compelling, one-on-one verbal “advertisements” for our products and promotions through effective suggestive selling.
• Create the final, itemized “advertisement” of a customer’s purchase by accurately generating their total bill.
• Craft a daily financial performance report that “advertises” the success of the shift’s sales activities.

Communication and Collaboration

• Utilize excellent communication skills in English to interact effectively with customers and provide clear, helpful information.
• Function as a dependable, punctual, and reliable team player, collaborating with colleagues to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Preferred Attributes

• Possession of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive, paid training.
