Job Description

Brand Content Strategy and Visual Production

• Execute our brand strategy across multiple business lines by meticulously stocking shelves and maintaining clean, professional counter areas.
• Serve as the primary visual and verbal representative of our brand by greeting all customers and actively participating in promotional activities.
• Contribute to a premium entertainment experience by assisting theatre patrons with seat selection, ensuring their visit is enjoyable from the start.
• Uphold our brand’s standards for a secure and welcoming environment by monitoring all entrances and exits and politely verifying proof of payment.

Digital Channel Management

• Operate and manage our primary digital sales channel, the cash register, accurately scanning items and processing transactions.
• Utilize our point-of-sale technology to process a variety of payment methods, including cash, cheques, and credit/debit cards.
• Produce a daily digital performance report by accurately calculating and reconciling all payments received against total sales.

Influencer Marketing and Campaign Coordination

• Act as a key product influencer through strategic suggestive selling to enhance the customer’s experience and drive sales.
• Coordinate a seamless customer journey by providing exceptional service, from the initial greeting to assisting with self-checkout.
• Manage customer “campaigns” by professionally accepting reservations and processing take-out orders.

Global E-Commerce and Retail Support

• Provide the essential financial support for our diverse operations by accurately receiving and tabulating payments for all goods and services.
• Offer specialized, high-trust support by attending to hotel safety-deposit boxes with discretion and professionalism.
• Ensure strict operational compliance by verifying the age of customers for the sale of regulated products like lottery, alcohol, or tobacco.
• Provide specialized financial services by accurately calculating foreign currency exchanges for our international customers.

Digital Advertising Development

• Develop compelling, one-on-one verbal “advertisements” for our various products and services through effective suggestive selling.
• Create the final, itemized “advertisement” of a customer’s purchase by accurately generating their total bill.
• Craft a daily financial performance report that “advertises” the success of the shift’s sales activities.

Communication and Collaboration

• Communicate clearly and professionally in English to provide exceptional customer service across all our business areas.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a secure, friendly, and efficient environment for all patrons and guests.

Preferred Attributes

• No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
• 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• The employer accepts applications from Canadian citizens, permanent/temporary residents, and other candidates with or without a valid Canadian work permit.
