• Serve as the primary visual and verbal representative of our brand by greeting all customers with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
• Uphold our brand’s standards for a positive customer experience by being the first point of contact in our fast-paced environment.

Digital Channel Management

• Operate and manage our primary digital sales channel: the cash register and point-of-sale system.
• Utilize our digital payment systems to accurately process all money, cheques, and credit/debit card transactions.

Influencer Marketing and Campaign Coordination

• Act as a key brand influencer at the point of sale, ensuring every customer’s final impression is positive and efficient.
• Coordinate the final “campaign” of the customer’s shopping experience by guiding them smoothly through the payment process.

Global E-Commerce and Retail Support

• Provide the essential financial support for our entire retail operation by accurately processing all payments for goods and services.
• Ensure the financial integrity of daily operations by calculating and reconciling all payments received against total sales.

Digital Advertising Development

• Create a daily financial performance report that “advertises” the success of the shift’s sales activities by reconciling all transactions.
• Develop a positive final interaction that serves as a living advertisement for our brand’s commitment to friendly and efficient service.

Communication and Collaboration

• Communicate clearly and effectively in English to ensure a positive and efficient transaction process for every customer.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow at the checkout counter.
