Brand Content Strategy and Visual Production

• Execute our in-store brand strategy by meticulously stocking shelves and maintaining a clean, professional counter area.
• Serve as the primary visual and verbal representative of our brand by greeting all customers with a welcoming demeanor.
• Manage the physical demands of the role in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment to ensure our brand’s standards for presentation are always met.

Digital Channel Management

• Operate and manage our primary digital sales channel, the cash register, accurately scanning items and processing transactions.
• Utilize our point-of-sale technology to expertly process a variety of payment methods, including money, cheques, and credit/debit cards.
• Produce a daily digital performance report by accurately calculating and reconciling all payments received against total sales.

Influencer Marketing and Campaign Coordination

• Act as a key brand influencer by providing reliable and flexible customer service that builds customer loyalty.
• Coordinate a seamless and responsible customer journey, from the initial greeting to diligently verifying the age of customers for the sale of regulated products.
• Directly influence a positive shopping experience by being an accurate, helpful, and efficient point of contact for all customers.

Global E-Commerce and Retail Support

• Provide the essential financial support for our entire retail operation by accurately receiving and processing all customer payments.
• Offer specialized financial support by accurately calculating foreign currency exchanges for our international customers.
• Serve as the operational engine of the store, working effectively under pressure to ensure all logistical and sales functions are performed to the highest standard.

Digital Advertising Development

• Create a daily financial performance report that “advertises” the success of the shift’s sales activities by reconciling all transactions.
• Serve as a living advertisement for our brand’s commitment to reliable and accurate service in every customer interaction.

Communication and Collaboration

• Communicate clearly and effectively in English to provide exceptional customer service and process transactions smoothly.
• Collaborate as a reliable and flexible team player, participating in team-building opportunities to foster a positive work environment.

Preferred Attributes

• Possession of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a retail or customer service role.
• A reliable, flexible, and accurate individual with a strong work ethic.
