• Operate and manage our primary digital sales channel, the cash register, with speed and accuracy.
• Utilize our point-of-sale technology to scan items and process various payment methods, including money, cheques, and credit/debit cards.

Influencer Marketing and Campaign Coordination

• Act as a key brand influencer by providing exceptional customer service that creates a positive and lasting impression.
• Coordinate the final “campaign” of the customer’s shopping experience, guiding them smoothly through the checkout process.
• Directly influence customer satisfaction by ensuring every interaction is friendly, efficient, and helpful.

Global E-Commerce and Retail Support

• Provide the essential financial support for our entire operation by accurately receiving and processing payments for all goods and services.
• Serve as the backbone of our in-store logistics by ensuring shelves are consistently stocked and products are available for purchase.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing reliable and critical support to the daily functions of the business.

Digital Advertising Development

• Develop the final, itemized “advertisement” of a customer’s purchase by accurately scanning their items and creating a clear transaction summary.
• Serve as a living advertisement for our brand’s commitment to friendly and efficient service in every customer interaction.

Communication and Collaboration

• Communicate clearly and effectively in English with all customers to provide assistance and process transactions smoothly.
