Provide the foundational operational support for every structure by expertly managing the construction and repair process from start to finish.
Serve as the operational engine of the build, driving projects forward with minimal supervision in challenging environments, including outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces.
Digital Advertising Development
Develop and create the primary “advertisement” for our brand—flawlessly finished structures—by meticulously fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
Serve as the final quality control for our structural “advertisements,” ensuring every installed component is a perfect representation of our brand’s commitment to craftsmanship.
Communication and Collaboration
Communicate with excellent oral skills to instruct apprentices and coordinate effectively with the team.
Collaborate as a reliable and ethical team player, using efficient interpersonal skills to maintain a productive and safe work environment.
Preferred Attributes
Possession of a trade certificate or diploma in a relevant field.
3 years to less than 5 years of proven experience in a professional carpentry role.
An accurate, punctual, and reliable professional with strong judgement, capable of handling a physically demanding workload under tight deadlines.
Must be able to pass a criminal record check.
