Brand Content Strategy and Visual Production

• Execute the final visual production of our brand by skillfully measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling materials like wood and its substitutes into finished structures.
• Develop the strategic blueprint for our projects by preparing precise layouts that conform to all building codes.
• Enhance and revitalize existing brand assets by performing expert maintenance, repair, and renovation on residences and other wooden structures.

Digital Channel Management

• Manage the project’s technical backbone by accurately interpreting plans and preparing layouts to guide all construction and renovation activities.

Influencer Marketing and Campaign Coordination

• Act as a key on-site influencer, directly shaping the customer experience through high-quality, independent craftsmanship.
• Coordinate your personal “campaign” of construction tasks, ensuring all work contributes to the project’s overall success.
• Directly influence the reputation of the establishment by being a primary force behind the physical construction and renovation work.

Global E-Commerce and Retail Support

• Provide the foundational operational support for every structure by expertly managing the hands-on building process.
• Serve as the operational engine on-site, flawlessly executing physically demanding construction and renovation tasks from start to finish.

Digital Advertising Development

• Develop and create the primary “advertisement” for our brand—perfectly finished spaces—by meticulously fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
• Serve as the final quality control for our structural “advertisements,” ensuring every detail is a perfect representation of our brand’s commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Communication and Collaboration

• Communicate effectively in English to understand project requirements and coordinate with any relevant parties.
• Collaborate with the project goals to maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment.

Preferred Attributes

• Possession of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 3 years to less than 5 years of proven experience in a professional carpentry or renovation role.
• A physically capable and dedicated professional, proficient in demanding tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
